We know.. your fries probably aren’t as warm and crisp as you’d like. We hate this as we put a lot of time into them; we hand cut and double cook them, make every portion to order and use specially designed bags to help keep them hot and crispy, but.. they are notoriously the most difficult dish to transport.
You've probably already eaten half of them by the time you read this, but for next time follow these tips:
SET YOUR OVEN TO 250c AFTER YOU’VE PLACED YOUR ORDER AND PUT A BAKING TRAY ON THE TOP SHELF.
WHEN YOUR FOOD IS DELIVERED, TAKE THE FRIES OUT OF THE BAG AND SPREAD EVENLY OVER A TRAY.
LEAVE THE BURGER AND OTHER SIDES IN THEIR PACKAGING AND PUT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN AS THE PACKAGING WILL HELP THEM WARM THROUGH AT A LOWER RATE NEEDED TO THE FRIES (IF THEY HAVE SAUCE POTS (e.g. NUGZ) REMOVE THEM FROM THE BOX BEFORE PUTTING IN OVEN).
